Ingredients:
1 pound of ground beef
28 oz canned diced tomatoes [one can, not two] or fresh if you want to dice them yourself
15 oz can beans [your choice of beans, I like red kidney beans best]
1 packet taco seasoning mix [or taco sauce]
Directions: Cook and drain your meat if needed. Dump everything in the slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours. If after three hours it is too watery increase heat to high and cook until thick. If after six hours it is too watery increase heat to high and cook it until thick. Serve with grated cheese, sour cream, or other chili condiments you may want.
